Front Desk Receptionist - Medical office.

Job responsibilities listed below include, but are not limited to:

Welcomes patients and visitors.
Answer phone calls and displays excellent phone etiquette.
Keeps patient appointments on schedule by processing them in a timely manner.
Checks in patients.
Scans and files, new patient paperwork, demographics, school notes, etc.
Schedules appointments.
Medical records.
Make copies.
Maintains patients accounts by updating information when necessary.
Collects payments.
Maintains inventory (monthly) of basic office supplies for entire office.
Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
Open and sort mail.
Deals with patients in a courteous and compassionate manner.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
